How to export your data from Fresha
Updated 17 Sep 2026
Fresha lets you download your client list yourself, as an Excel or CSV file.
These steps were checked in September 2026. Menus move from time to time, so the provider’s own help page is linked at the end. If anything looks different, send us a message and we will walk you through it, or do it with you on a call.
Export your client list
- 1Open your client listOn a computer go to Clients, then Clients list. In the app, open Clients and tap the three dots.
- 2Tidy duplicates firstIf Fresha offers to review and merge duplicate clients, do that before exporting, so nobody is imported twice.
- 3ExportChoose Options, then Excel or CSV. If you have several locations, filter by location first or export them all.
Only team members with the "Can download clients" permission see the export. If you do not see it, check the permissions on your own profile.
Your file includes each client’s marketing choices ("Accepts marketing" and "Accepts SMS marketing"). We keep them exactly as they are.
Your appointments and services
Sales, then Appointments, then Export gives you your bookings (choose "All time" for the date range). Catalogue, then Options, then Download CSV gives you your services.
Saved card details can never be exported from any booking tool, and we never ask for them. With Stemfra your clients pay you at the venue, so there is nothing to move.
Then bring it into Stemfra
- 1Import the fileIn your dashboard open Clients, choose Import, and pick the file. CSV and Excel files both work. We match the columns for you, and you can adjust any of them before anything is saved.
- 2Or send it to usPrefer not to do it yourself? Send us the file and we load it for you.
- 3Swap your booking linkReplace the website and booking link on your Google Business Profile, and in your Instagram bio, with your Stemfra address. From then on, clients book on your own site.
