How to export your data from Booksy

Updated 17 Sep 2026

Booksy does not offer a button to download your client list. You ask their support team for it, and they send you the file.

These steps were checked in September 2026. Menus move from time to time, so the provider’s own help page is linked at the end. If anything looks different, send us a message and we will walk you through it, or do it with you on a call.

Export your client list

  1. 1
Contact Booksy supportWrite to Booksy support by email or through the in-app chat in Booksy Biz, from the email address on your account.
  2. 2
Ask for your client list as a CSV fileA short message is enough: "Please send me an export of my full client list as a CSV file, including names, phone numbers, emails, birthdays and notes." Ask for your upcoming appointments as well.
  3. 3
Check what arrivesBooksy sometimes sends two files. Keep both, and send us both.

Some accounts also see an export inside Booksy Biz on a computer, under Clients, then More options, then Export. If you have it, use it. If not, support is the way.

Your appointments and stock

In Booksy Biz, Reports, then Appointments, then Appointments list, then Download gives you your bookings. Reports, then Inventory, then Stock on hand gives you your products.

Saved card details can never be exported from any booking tool, and we never ask for them. With Stemfra your clients pay you at the venue, so there is nothing to move.

Then bring it into Stemfra

  1. 1
Import the fileIn your dashboard open Clients, choose Import, and pick the file. CSV and Excel files both work. We match the columns for you, and you can adjust any of them before anything is saved.
  2. 2
Or send it to usPrefer not to do it yourself? Send us the file and we load it for you.
  3. 3
Swap your booking linkReplace the website and booking link on your Google Business Profile, and in your Instagram bio, with your Stemfra address. From then on, clients book on your own site.
