Refunds

When you have taken a card payment through Stemfra, you can refund it right from the booking, without logging into Stripe. Refunds can be full or partial.

How to refund

   Open the bookingIn your Bookings calendar, open the appointment that was paid.

   Choose refundOn the payment section of the booking, choose to refund it. Enter the full amount, or a partial amount if you are only refunding part.

   ConfirmThe refund is sent back to the customer's card through Stripe. A full refund marks the booking as refunded.

What a refund does to your commission

If you refund a sale, the 5% commission on that sale reverses too. You are not charged commission on a sale that did not stand. Card processing fees charged by Stripe are set by Stripe and are handled on their side.
