Question 1

How do members book a class on my CrossFit gym website?

Accepted Answer

Members pick a class from your real schedule and book their spot in seconds: no calls, no DMs. They get an instant confirmation, then an automated reminder before class, and can join a waitlist if the class is full.

Question 2

Can new members book a free intro session with a specific coach?

Accepted Answer

Yes. List your coaches with their own bios and availability, and let new members book a free intro (or a first class) with whichever coach fits their schedule, or the next open slot.

Question 3

Do I need to build the website myself?

Accepted Answer

No, Stemfra is done-for-you. Pick a CrossFit box template, add your name, and you get a working site with class booking already wired up. You edit your schedule, prices, and photos from a simple dashboard; we handle hosting, domains, and publishing.

Question 4

Can I use my own domain name?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or search and register a new one right from your dashboard. A free stemfra.com address is included while you decide.

Question 5

What does a CrossFit gym website cost?

Accepted Answer

You start free and publish free. There is no setup fee and no monthly plan: hosting, booking, reminders and support are all included, and Stemfra earns a flat 5% on the bookings your site takes, never more than $400 a month. See the pricing page for the details.

Question 6

I already use Mindbody or Wodify. Can I switch without losing members?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switching takes two steps: we move your class schedule, coaches, and member list over for you, so every client is there on day one, and you replace the booking link on your Google profile and your Instagram bio with your new one. We do not run alongside another booking tool, because you would pay twice and risk double bookings.
