1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through STEMfra, including SaaS product subscriptions and one-time service engagements. All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record, who also handles refund requests on our behalf.

2. Website Setup + Subscription
For our done-for-you website service:
- The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once design work on your site has begun.
- If STEMfra is unable to deliver an agreed website to the scope outlined in writing, a full or partial refund of the setup fee will be issued for the undelivered work.
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for completed billing periods. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Disputes related to website delivery or hosting should be raised within 14 days of the relevant date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
