Get your Google review link and put it to work

Reviews are how local businesses win on Google. Your Google Business Profile includes a special link that opens the review box for your business directly, so a customer can leave a review in seconds without searching for you first. Stemfra can send that link to your customers automatically after their visit.

Create a Google review link to send to clients (Mariah Magazine)
  1. 1
Open your owner panelSign in with the Google account that manages your listing and search Google for your business name.
  2. 2
Choose "Ask for reviews"The owner panel includes an "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews" option. It shows a short link made just for collecting reviews of your business.
  3. 3
Copy the linkThat is the whole job. The link never changes and never expires, so you only need to do this once.

Paste it into your dashboard

In your Stemfra dashboard, go to Settings, then Notifications, then Automated emails. Turn on the Review request email and paste your link into the Google review link field.

What happens automatically

About two days after a customer’s visit, Stemfra sends them a short email asking how it went, with your review link inside. Each customer receives it at most once, ever, so nobody gets nagged. Customers who have unsubscribed from your emails are never sent it, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also attach a small thank-you discount to the email if you like.

The link is yours to share anywhere. Text it to a regular who just paid, put it on a card at the counter, or add it to your email signature. One link works for every customer, forever.

Never pay for reviews or offer the discount in exchange for a review. Google removes incentivised reviews and can penalise your listing. The discount in the review email is a thank-you for visiting, and the email makes no conditions.
