What Stemfra is and how it works
Stemfra gives your local business a professional website with online booking and an AI front desk chat, all built and managed for you. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no contract. We earn a flat 5% commission on the sales you make through your Stemfra site. We only earn when you do.
What "everything included" means
Every Stemfra site comes with the same complete toolkit. There are no tiers to compare and nothing to upgrade to. You get:
- A hand-designed website: built for your industry and tuned for mobile, with fast, secure hosting and an included web address.
- Online booking: built right into your site, so customers can book appointments or classes at any hour.
- An AI front desk: a chat assistant on your site that answers visitors from your real prices, hours, and services, and points them to booking.
- An owner dashboard: where you edit your services, prices, team, hours, photos, and content yourself, or ask us to.
- Ongoing support: updates, security, and reasonable content help while your site is active.
How you pay
Once a month we total the sales made through your site and send you a single invoice for 5% of that amount. You pay it by bank transfer and upload your receipt in the dashboard. When card payments are enabled on your account, the payment processor charges its own separate fee, shown on its own line. We never blend that processing fee into our 5%.
The commission applies to the sales you take through your site, whether the customer is new or a client you already had. Tips and taxes are never included.
