Stemfra keeps everyone in the loop around a booking by email, so appointments are confirmed and less likely to be forgotten.

What customers receive

When a customer books, they get a confirmation email with the details of their appointment. Stemfra also sends booking reminder emails so appointments stay top of mind.

Keeping your team informed

You can have a team member copied on the bookings that are for them. In your dashboard, go to Team, open a staff member, add their email, and turn on the option to copy them on their bookings. Then, when a customer books with that person, they get a heads-up too.
