Updated 15 Sep 2026

Your dashboard is where you land every time you sign in, and where you run your site. Here is what each part is for.

Watch the video, or follow the steps below.

Welcome to your Dashboard
  1. 1
The dashboardThe cards show your business at a glance: bookings today, new messages, revenue this month, and how far along your setup is. The chart shows your bookings over the last thirty days, and the panels below list your upcoming bookings and your latest messages.
  2. 2
The sidebarEverything you can do lives on the left. Sites lists every website in your account and Dashboard brings you back here. Then your day to day: Services, Team, Bookings, Inbox and Clients. The badge on Inbox is how many enquiries are waiting. The three groups under Manage each open a second panel: Website holds your pages, photos, reviews and style; Marketing holds promotions, your blog and subscribers; Operations holds your schedule, memberships and reports. The business you are editing sits at the top; click it to switch sites or add a new one.
  3. 3
The top barThe search box finds any page, setting, service or team member; press Command K or Control K to open it from anywhere. Docs opens these guides, New site adds another business. The green Published pill tells you the site is live, and its menu opens the site and the publish checklist. View site shows your website exactly as visitors see it, Analytics opens your traffic, and the bell shows new enquiries, bookings and invoices.
  4. 4
StacyYour CMS copilot sits at the bottom right. Ask her anything about your site and she answers from your real data. She keeps your setup checklist in three stages, and she can draft your text: focus any field and the draft goes straight in with one click.
  5. 5
Take the tourIf you prefer to be shown around inside the CMS, open Quick actions and choose Take a quick tour. The tour runs on your own site.

That's it.

Next: set your business name, logo and brand colors
