What if I had no sales in a month?
There is no minimum and no dormancy fee. If you made no qualifying sales through your site, there is nothing to bill for that month.
Do refunds reduce my commission?
Yes. If you refund a customer for a sale, the 5% commission on that sale reverses. You are never charged commission on a sale that did not stand.
Where do I change my billing details?
In your dashboard, go to Billing, then Details, to update the contact and billing information on your invoices.
