How notifications work

Stemfra keeps you posted on the things that matter on your site, so you do not miss a new booking, a new enquiry, or an invoice.

   The bellThe bell in the top bar counts what is new: bookings, enquiries, invoices, and announcements from Stemfra. Click it for the latest.

   View allOpens the full page. The filters split it by kind: bookings and leads, billing, website, Stemfra news and security. Each row opens the thing it is about: the booking, the message, the invoice.

   Read and clearMark all read clears the count. Clear read removes what you have already seen, an X on any row clears that one, and Clear all empties the list after a confirmation. Read items older than 30 days leave the bell on their own; the full page keeps them.

   Your preferencesUnder your profile, Notification settings is a grid: each kind of event against each channel. Billing and security always stay on, so you never miss something important about your money or your account.
